Menu Options

Option 1: Buffet Menu

Chef’s selection of canapés on arrival, followed by a buffet including:

  • Linguine with porcini and mixed mushroom sauce with a touch of fresh cream, parsley and Parmesan
  • Grilled chicken breast with honey mustard sauce
  • Singapore noodles with Asian style vegetables tossed with sesame seeds
  • Salt n’ pepper calamari served with lime aioli
  • Au-gratin (baked thin slices of potato with onion, garlic and cheese)
  • Antipasto platter of delcacie meats, marinated vegetables and cheeses
  • Greek salad
  • Orichette Pasta salad with roast pumpkin & goats cheese
  • Chef’s selection of desserts and cakes

Option 2: Formal Dining Menu

Chef’s selection of canapés on arrival followed by a seated, served meal which can include 1 entree, and 1 main:

Entrées

  • Thai Beef Noodle Salad with marinated beef strips served upon a bed of rice noodles
  • Grilled Chicken Tenderloins served on a bed of Jasmine Rice smothered in a homemade honey mustard sauce
  • Antipasto Plate – A selection of delcacie meats and marinated vegetables

Mains

  • Grilled Chicken Breast cooked in a creamy seeded mustard sauce served potato gratin & broccoli
  • Grilled Chicken Kiev with creamy mash potato, oven roast jap pumpkin and steamed
