Wait and bar staff @ $260 based on 4 hours
(additional hours $65 p/h)
- 1:10 ratio required
- Chef @ $340 based on 4 hours
(additional hours $85pp p/h)
- A chef is required for buffet and BBQ menus or where use of the Galley is required
BYO
- Beverages @ $20pp surcharge, includes acrylic glassware and ice
- Catering @ no surcharge
- BYO cutlery and crockery required
- No BYO charters on Fridays and Saturdays from November – March or public holidays
Special Events
- NYE from @ $45,000
- NYD from @ $22,000
- Overnight (6pm – 9am) from @ $12,000
- No BYO and 25% surcharge on Public Holidays
