All Occasion Cruises offers a restaurant experience on the harbour. Our long-serving Head Chef Anthony Spyrou has developed a series of menus to suit every occasion. He is passionate about using the freshest produce to create culinary masterpieces.
If you’re after a more laid-back feel for your event, opt for a selection of gourmet share platters and a beautiful BBQ menu with lamb kebabs, Greek souvlaki, barramundi fillets and more.
For a more formal affair, the AOC chefs can serve up a selection of canapes, like petite Wagyu fillet steak sandwiches or smoked salmon terrine. This can be paired with a gourmet buffet, an à la carte menu or a beautiful degustation. The All Occasion Cruises team will tailor the menu to suit your needs and dietary requirements.
AOC Head Chef Anthony Spyrou has over 30 years of experience. He worked in restaurants across the globe before joining the team 15 years ago. In his time at All Occasion Cruises, he has cooked for celebrities such as Hillary Clinton, Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Jennifer Lopez and Drake. Anthony says after fifteen years at AOC, he’s “still as passionate as ever” about his role and particularly enjoys serving up the degustation menu on the luxury yachts.
“I love working at All Occasion Cruises. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, anniversary or graduation, it is a privilege to cook for our guests on some of the most important days of their lives,” says Anthony. “Food is a central part of any celebration, so we work with our clients to make sure the menu is memorable. When creating menus, I am inspired by the incredible local produce we’re lucky to have access to. There’s nothing better than serving up fresh seafood while sailing on the sparkling Sydney Harbour.”
