As the owners and operators of our fleet of 8 charter vessels (Masteka 2, Corroboree, Seven Star, AQA, Privacy, Bella Vista, Blue Room and Aussie Magic) we guarantee the best available cruise package at the time of booking to suit your needs. We extend as much flexibility as we can to ensure we have the right solution to meet your cruise requirements and of course our event execution is second to none.

Please let us know the occasion you are celebrating / organising, how many guests you are expecting, your preferred cruise date and if you have a budget in mind. Leave the rest to us. It’s as easy as that. We will present some fabulous options to ensure your event is a success.

Please email or telephone your charter coordinator to request a booking with your preferred vessel, cruise date and time. A deposit invoice will be issued with payment due within 7 days.

Deposits vary from $3500 to $5000 depending on the vessel selected, the value of the charter and the date of the cruise. Please refer to your charter coordinator to confirm the amount.

As we are a private charter operator we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out on your preferred vessel and cruise date. If you are organising a last minute event, no need to stress, we are great at that too.

You can make payments by electronic funds transfer or an over the phone credit card. A 2% credit card commission applies for all credit card transactions.

Final payment and final confirmation of all cruise details is required 14 days prior to your cruise date.

Luckily Sydney weather is pretty amazing throughout all seasons. All of our vessels are very well equipped for all types of weather conditions and Sydney Harbour offers an abundance of beautiful sheltered coves. In the very unlikely event that the Captain deems the weather conditions to be unsafe we will reschedule your cruise to a later date. At times a requote may be required subject to seasonality.

A 25% Public Holiday surcharge applies to the total value of the charter on all Government accredited Public Holidays.

Our vessels are available for lunch and dinner charters. Lunch hire typically starts from 12pm or 1pm with evening cruises starting from 6pm or 7pm.  If you are planning an overnight trip, or something a little different to our typical hire, please ask us about your options.

Generally speaking our charters are based on a minimum of 4 hours from October to March and 3 hours from April to September. Our ultimate aim is to ensure you enjoy every bit of Sydney harbour! We are flexible with cruise durations where we can be so please reach out to your charter coordinator if you are looking for something a little different.

For your convenience King Street Wharf and Casino Wharf (The Star) are recommended. These wharves have great parking facilities and are easily accessible by public and private transport.

Maritime Services allocate a 15 minute window for pick up and drop off. There is plenty of time for you and your guests to get onboard for that welcome drink.

We recommend you invite your guests to the departure wharf a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your cruise start time.

We offer a bump in window of 1.5 hours prior to your cruise start time. Supplier bump in takes place at our home base (All Occasion Cruises, Black Wattle Bay Marina, 5 – 11 Bank Street, Pyrmont)
