Bella Vista features an A/V system including cordless microphones to ensure your presenters are free to move through the audience during a presentation, a corporate conference, awards evening or to access multiple dinner tables.
Take advantage of 4 strategically placed plasma screens with all guests enjoying easy visual access to presentation slides and videos during the conference, or for projecting the evening.
If you’re less interested in presentation slides we’re sure your team will appreciate the 3 metres high, wrap-around windows that offer spectacular views of The Harbour, The Bridge and surrounds as you cruise the afternoon or evening away.
With summer coming you’ll be pleased to know that the internal room has climate-controlled air conditioning so you to 350 guests can enjoy a very comfortable a la carte meal or up to 950 standing guests can enjoy the cocktails without the sun beating down on them. A dance floor can also be installed at an additional cost for those wishing to dance the night away to live music or a DJ’s set pumping through our state of the art sound system.
Regardless of your special occasion, you will have access to our two separate licensed bars, our espresso coffee machine and commercial kitchen to make sure your guests are well served and have the time of their life.

When it comes to catering there are plenty of packages to choose from including our famous Antipasto Grazing Station, our BBQ menu, Canapes, a 3-course formal dining menu, or three buffet menus. BYO catering is also permitted (excluding beverages) if you have a preferred partner or supplier. Please be aware that BYO catering is not available on Friday and Saturdays in November and December.
Vessel hire starts from $2,500 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours during party season in November and December. From January to October, you can book a special occasion from only $1,550 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours (although we can guarantee based on feedback that your guests will want it to last longer).
